Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current paid period. We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods already elapsed.
Initial Purchase Guarantee
For first‑time subscribers, we offer a 7‑day satisfaction period from the initial purchase date. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days at support@codessence.org and we will review your request. We may ask for feedback to help improve our services.
One‑Time Purchases
Digital products and downloadable content are non‑refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience an access issue or receive the wrong item, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at support@codessence.org within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a mistake occurred, issue a correction or refund as appropriate.
How to Request a Refund

- We typically respond within 2–3 business days
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or excessive usage inconsistent with a trial. We may also refuse refunds for promotional or limited‑time offers where stated as non‑refundable.
